FPS Game Development Practice

Introduction

This is a practice project of mine in first-person game development using Unreal Engine 5. All assets used are sourced from the internet, and the work was created by following tutorials from game developer Mr Jiacheng Chen. Through this practice, I have gained proficiency in using Blueprints in Unreal Engine 5.

Survive relentless zombie hordes with only limited ammunition and a ticking clock. Stay alive until the timer runs out to claim victory — or fall to the swarm and face defeat.

Each match features multiple spawn points, varied zombie attack patterns, and different movement speeds to keep every encounter unpredictable and engaging. Realistic gun recoil and dynamic camera shake bring every firefight to life, pulling you deeper into the fight for survival.
